Synopsis: Armand Disierto, the extraordinary NARCOM agent played by renowned Filipino action superstar Ian Veneracion, returns to his hometown, a place full of violence and unrest. This town, is led by Mayor Mario Gaton, played by FPJ’s villain veteran, Paquito Diaz who also happens to be Armand's uncle. Their long-standing feud stemming from the past continues to fuel tensions between them even after all these years. As Armand enters his hometown, memories of his youth return, reminding him of a time when the streets were full of laughter and joy.


But today, those same streets bear the scars of a community torn apart by crime and corruption. The vibrant and vibrant neighbourhood has been reduced to a shadow of its former self, where fear and despair hang heavy in the air. Mayor Gaton, a figure of authority and power, rules the city with an iron fist, making questionable decisions and taking actions that only exacerbate existing problems. The once-hopeful population falls into a vicious circle of violence and despair.


Despite the bleak circumstances around him, Armand is not discouraged. He is steadfast in his duty as a NARCOM agent and is determined to bring justice to his hometown, no matter the personal cost.
