Synopsis Review: Jaime de Guzman, a military neurosurgeon, survived a massacre at a judge's home that killed his wife, daughter, and the judge, as well as his family and associates. After recovering, Jaime sought revenge on the attackers, managed to eliminate most of them, and instead of killing their boss, Leonardo Salazar, captured him. During his recovery, Jaime grew closer to Menchu and his niece, Sheila. Unfortunately, Sheila was diagnosed with a brain tumour and Jaime was chosen to perform the surgery. Unfortunately, Sheila did not survive the operation, which led to strained relations between Menchu and Jaime.

Jaime left the comfort of his apartment and ventured to a local establishment, a bar, where he indulged in libations to excess. Unfortunately, this resulted in an unfortunate altercation with several people. But luck gave him luck when Elmer, a kind person, intervened and managed to get Jaime out of this precarious situation.

Jaime then visited the house of his acquaintance, Pekto, in the busy Tondo district of Manila. During this visit, fate orchestrated a meeting between Jaime and Connie, a dedicated community nurse stationed in the city. Notably, Connie was also Elmer's niece.

In the middle of their meeting, an unexpected event occurs. A fellow citizen suddenly suffered a heart attack. Surprisingly, Jaime, who demonstrated impressive first aid skills, quickly performed life-saving measures that amazed Connie. The gravity of the situation underscores the importance of Jaime's actions.

Additionally, it is worth noting that Julius, the brother of Sarge, holds a position of authority in the . More specifically, he takes on the role of the leader of the gang. This particular gang, known for its coercive tactics, regularly extorts a portion of the population's income. Of course, Jaime had a strong dislike for such practices and found them completely distasteful.

One day, Jaime violently stopped Julius during a physical altercation to teach him a valuable lesson. However, Julius stood his ground and quickly summoned his brother Sarge, who held a similar position to their town's police chief. Although Sarge tolerated his brother's transgressions, Jaime managed to immobilize him by dismantling his weapon while maintaining his aim. The audience, including Sarge and Julius, were amazed by this display of skills. It was a fateful day when Sarge changed for the better. His son suffered appendicitis and needed vital surgery, but the typhoon made transport to the hospital impossible. In this dire situation, Jaime stepped forward, operated successfully and ultimately saved Sarge's son. This heroic act spread among the townspeople, who were stunned and were able to discover Jaime's true identity as a military neurosurgeon.

At a meeting of Menchu, the doctors and their friends, including Dr. Romero, an unexpected scandal occurred. Dr Romero, in a very unusual way, confessed to everyone that he had poisoned Sheila after her tumour surgery. This shocking revelation was later published in a newspaper, allowing Jaime to witness it and establish his credibility.
